I have been privileged to serve in three church offices, before this one.

God has blessed me with the gift of leadership, and I live every day to serve at His will.

I am originally from West Virginia and moved to Myrtle Beach March 2009.

First Baptist has been a blessing to us and it has been a privilege to be called to serve first as a deacon and now as a member of the ministerial staff.

As a native of Horry County, I have served as a church organist since I was fourteen years old.

We love walking our greyhound to the beach almost every day and being able to body surf daily for nearly six months of the year.

We have two daughters and five grandchildren with one family in Washington, DC and the other in the Boston area.

As my worship leading experience continues to grow, I am extremely excited about the possibilities that God has in store.

My main focus as a worship leader has always been to let our worship be a time of rejoicing for all the good God has done for us, and an overflow of the passion and love we feel for Him.

I first served at Good Hope Baptist Church in Conway before coming to First Baptist Church in North Myrtle Beach on the first Sunday in June of 1981.
